今天給大家分享的是用粉條做一道好吃的家常菜。
1.粉條用熱水泡軟;
2.鍋中加油燒熱,加入肉末,炒至變色;加入蔥花炒香;加耗油、生抽,翻炒均勻;加少許花椒粉;
3.把泡軟的粉條放入鍋中;加水,水的量要超過粉條;
4.加入食鹽、老抽;等鍋燒開後,下入小蔥和小米椒,就可以出鍋了。
